Click on the “Log in” button at the top right corner of the page, and a popup will show up, then click on the ”Create account” button and fill in your details to create an account. Make sure to choose I am Customer when filling in your details.

 We accept various payment methods including mobile money, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Please note that any transfer-related charges are paid by you.

 Your refund will be given back to the same card you used to pay after the refund request is approved by the seller.

 

Please check the following if your card payment fails:

  1. Please make sure you have paid with Visa, MasterCard.
  2. Your card may be expired or your payment exceeded your card’s limit, if this is the case, please contact your card issuer for resolution.
  3. If there is an error notice on the checkout page, please try to check your card information and pay again. If this still doesn’t work, please try another card or another browser.

4) How to confirm receipt after receiving my order?

Once your parcel has been shipped out, your order status will be changed to “In Transit”. When you receive your order in perfect condition you need to “Confirm Receipt” to complete the order

Shipping costs depend on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery location. Detailed information is available at checkout.

Yes, you can change your delivery address before your order is shipped by contacting our customer support.

You can apply for a refund up to 30 days after receipt of the products for any delivery or product issues. To request a refund, log into your account, go to “Order History,” select the item you want to return and follow the instructions.

 Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
